How to get there

Public transport

Fully accessible

The official starting point is Palermo, served by long-distance trains, buses and an international airport. The endpoint at Agrigento also has a railway station with connections to Palermo and other Sicilian cities. Several villages along the route are linked by regional bus lines, which makes organising stages or an early return easier, although frequencies can be limited in the interior of Sicily.
